Terms and Conditions

These rules apply to all charter services (special events weddings, prom etc.) provided by Silver Star Limousine Service (SSLS) without exception in addition to rules on contract.

1. SSLS agrees to provide the designated vehicle along with chauffeur at the time, date and location specified on the contract.

2. Unless specified on the contract, request for additional hours will be provided only if vehicle is not scheduled for other work.

3. Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall not exceed the specified number on contract or the passenger capacity vehicle is designed to accommodate.

4. SSLS reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical difficulties or cosmetic grounds.

5. SSLS and its employees are NOT responsible for any unattended, forgotten, lost, damaged or stolen articles left in the vehicle at any time.

6. The use of ILLEGAL DRUGS or smoking in the vehicle is strictly forbidden. Also, alcohol possession or consumption by minors is strictly forbidden. There will be no standing out of moon roofs or hanging out of windows. SSLS reserves the right to immediately terminate service without any REFUND to any party or person(s) who violate these rules.

7. SSLS is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical problems, airline and/or airport conditions, automobile accidents caused by others or acts of God.

8. As you are well aware, when renting one of our specialty vehicles (Antiques) they are not new. We at SSLS pride ourselves on keeping up with our extensive vehicle maintenance (ex: A/C, tire pressure, cosmetics etc.) but we are not responsible for any mechanical failures while vehicle is on duty due to immoderate weather (ex: heat, humidity etc.).

9. Customer may not attach or affix anything to the interior or exterior of the vehicle(s) without prior permission from SSLS management.

10. Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning and any loss of income due to negligence or carelessness cause by customer or any member of customer's group (examples: vehicle damage caused by smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicle, kicking windows/mirrors, etc.) This negligence authorizes SLS to charge the guaranteeing credit card for the expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understandings or agreements. these charges are necessary due to high cost of cleaning, time and lost revenue due to vehicle condition.

11. There is a $50 charge for missing or broken glassware.

12. Additional Fees may apply, including but not limited to:

A. Tolls:

La Guardia & JKF Airports $9.00 Roundtrip
Newark Airport $13.50 Roundtrip
New York City $4.50 Roundtrip
Extra Stop in Sedan $10.00 Each Stop
Extra Stop in Limo $20.00 Each Stop
Parking $6.00 Per Instance

B. Airport Service Additional Passenger Fees:

For all Stretch Limos, please add additional $10.00 per passenger over 4 passengers. This additional charge is not reflected in vehicle reservation total at checkout and will be due upon arrival or before completion of services.

C. Overtime Charges:
Overtime charges are billed at the hourly rate per vehicle and are upon arrival or completion of services.

Overtime Wedding Charges: Rates listed below per additional 1/2 hour.

1957/64/63 Rolls Royce 2 passenger (black/white/silver) $100 + $20 = $120

1986 White Daimler Princess 4 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

1941 White Cadillac Sixty Deluxe 2 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

1965 White Rolls Phantom 4 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

1965 White Rolls James Young Ltd. 4 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

1942 White Packard 4 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

1989 White Excalibur 4 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

2005 Rolls Royce Phantom 4 passenger $450 + $90 = $540

2006 Bentley Flying Spur 4 passenger $250 + $50 = $300

Lincoln Towncar 10 passenger (black/white/silver) $50 + $10 = $60

White Cadillac Deville 12 passenger $75 + $15 = $90

White Mercedes S500 10 passenger $75 + $15 = $90

White Jaguar S-type 10-12 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

White Ferrari Testarossa 8 passenger $100 + $20 = $120

White Chrysler 300C 10 passenger $75+ $15 = $90

White Lincoln Navigator 20-22 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White 07’ Lincoln Navigator 18-20 passenger $125 + $30 = $150

White Porsche Cayanne 14 passenger $125 + $30 = $150

White Range Rover 14-16 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White H2 Hummer 18-20 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White Cadillac Escalade 18-20 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White 07’ Cadillac Escalade 18-20 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White Infiniti Q56 18-20 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White Excursion 26-28 passenger $125 + $25 = $150

White Party Bus 35-38 passenger $225 + $45 = $270

ANY SINGLE ANTIQUE BOOKING IS SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 CHARGE.

13. I understand that there will be no refund of deposit for cancellations.

14. Travel time may be applied depending on the location of the event.

15. Final payment is due upon arrival or before completion of services. Any overtime charges that occur will be collected at that time.  No refunds of deposits for cancellations.

16. FAILURE OF A CUSTOMER TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICE, REQUIRING PAYMENT IN FULL WITHOUT REFUND.
